You will need the following documents:<ul><li>the personal QR code you received after filling out the form in step 1</li><li>a valid passport or identity (ID) card</li><li>if you are from outside the EU or EEA: your visa, residence permit or work permit</li><li>the confirmation email for your appointment You will receive this confirmation after making an appointment in step 3</li></ul>If you are registering a child aged 15 or younger, also gather the following documents:<ul><li>a valid passport or ID card of the child</li><li>the birth certificate of the child that meets <a href="https://www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl/legaliseren/buitenlandse-documenten">legalization requirements</a></li><li>a valid passport or ID card of the parent or guardian who will be present at the registration</li></ul>

Make an appointment

The RNI counter can be found at <a href="https://kaartlaag.rotterdam.nl/#51.9173/4.4526/51.9295/4.4938/brt/2836/2791/1619145@2836">Burgerzaken Centrum</a>. Bring all the documents you have gathered to the appointment. If you are registering your child, your child must also be present at the registration.
